How to Cancel or Contact Blissful Transformations Healing Centre
Payment Terms:
Payment is due according to the price and payment schedule presented at the time of purchase or registration. Applicable taxes will be added where required. Where recurring billing or installment payments apply, the participant authorizes the applicable payments according to the selected payment arrangement.
Subscription Cancellation:
Subscription-based services require 30 days' written notice to cancel. All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to Blissful Transformations Healing Centre at the designated email address. Payments scheduled or due during the applicable notice period remain payable.
Pausing or Ending Participation:
Participants may pause or stop participation at any time, However, pausing or ending participation does not automatically cancel a subscription, remove an outstanding payment obligation, or create an entitlement to a refund. Any applicable cancellation notice requirements continue to apply.
If participant ends participation and later chooses to return Blissful Transformations Healing Centre, a re-enrollment fee may apply to support re-entry into the service space, review current needs, establish a new intention, and complete any required setup before participation resumes.
Refunds:
Except where required by applicable law, payments are non-refundable once the applicable service, program, subscription period, digital content, or other offering has begun or been made available. Any refund or credit granted outside these terms is at the discretion of Blissful Transformations Healing Centre.
Recurring Payments and Failed Payments:
Participants are responsible for maintaining valid payment information for recurring payments. If a scheduled payment is unsuccessful, Blissful Transformations Healing Centre may attempt to process the payment again and may contact the participant to arrange payment. Access to services may be paused where payment remains outstanding.
Three-Month or Other Fixed-Term Commitment:
Where a participant purchases a fixed-term package or commitment, the full payment obligation for the term remains subject to the terms presented at the time of purchase, even where payment is divided into installments, unless otherwise agreed to in writing or required by law.
If a fixed-term commitment expires or is not renewed, it is the participant's responsibility to contact Blissful Transformations Healing Centre if they wish to continue participating. If participation lapses and the participant later chooses to return, a re-enrollment fee may apply as described under section "Pausing or Ending Participation."
Payment Concerns and Chargebacks:
If you have a concern about a payment or charge, please reach out directly so there is an opportunity to understand the issue and address it appropriately before involving a third-party payment provider or financial institution.
Reaching out directly is important because initiating a chargeback does not automatically cancel a subscription, end an outstanding payment obligation, or create an entitlement to a refund.
We will always make reasonable efforts to review and address payment concerns promptly.
Appointments, Cancellations, and Session Attendance:
For private appointments, at least 48 hours' notice is required to cancel or reschedule. Cancellations or missed appointments without the required notice may result in a charge of up to the full session fee. Exceptions may be made at the discretion of Blissful Transformations Healing Centre.
Participants attending live group sessions are expected to arrive on time. Once a session has begun, late entry will not be permitted in order to avoid disrupting the session and the experience of other participants. A participant who arrives late and is not admitted will not be entitled to a refund, credit, or replacement session.
Changes to Services or Scheduling:
If Blissful Transformations Healing Centre needs to cancel, reschedule, or materially change a scheduled service due to circumstances such as illness, vacation, technology issues, emergencies, scheduling conflicts, or other events beyond reasonable control, reasonable efforts will be made to provide notice and, where appropriate, reschedule the service or provide an appropriate alternative. Where the service cannot reasonably be provided, any applicable credit or refund will be determined based on the circumstances and applicable law.
Statutory Consumer Rights:
Nothing in this policy limits any rights or remedies that cannot legally be waived under applicable consumer protection laws.
